LM Leather specializes in handmade wallets and cardholders crafted from Badalassi Carlo Pueblo Leather and stitched with Ritza Tiger thread. Our products come with a lifetime warranty for the leather and free shipping within Romania. Each item is crafted using traditional methods, ensuring timeless quality that can be passed down through generations.

Orders and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in lei and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments through Bank Transfer.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
  • Once the order in payed, we will proceed with the manufacture and the delivery of the products ordered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping within Romania is available on all orders.
  • For international shipping, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more information at info@lm-leather.com
  • Orders are processed within 6 weeks , depending on stock and shipped via courier.
  • You will recive an email with details on the delivery.
  • LM Leather is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs clearance.

Lifetime Warranty

  • The lifetime warranty covers the leather used in our products but does not cover damage due to misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear of the stitching.
  • If the stitching wears out in areas exposed to frequent friction, please contact us, and we will do our best to repair it.
  • If your leather product develops defects under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
  • To claim a warranty, contact us at info@lm-leather.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in unused and original condition.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs for returns the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customed products can not be returned.
